【摘 要】医疗改革初见成效，国家为了解决百姓看病难看病贵的问题，大力兴建医院工程，这几年中一部分医院或进行新建，或进行改扩建，医院建设工程从未停止过。我国改革开放不过30余年，专业性领域还存在些许不足，医院建筑设计行业亦是如此，没有专业教科书，也没有专业院校教授此类课程。至于专业人才，现在仍存留在一线的医院建设的设计师们，大多分为两类人，一类是凭借多年工作经验，在现实设计中努力拼搏，一边学一边建，但很多人缺乏系统性与专业性，更缺乏系统前瞻性，有些设计图纸阶段就已经落后现实使用功能，待医院建成，更不知落后现实几年了；另一类设计师是不懂装懂型，不管是什么样的医院、什么样的使用功能，都敢设计，根本谈不上专业性，有些就是照搬办公楼或是住宅楼的设计模式，为医院建设埋下许多隐患。许多医院在新建或扩建医院的过程中，忽视或不重视医院建筑设计中的医疗工艺设计，有些医院甚至不懂什么是医疗工艺设计，由于设计不到位，往往造成“三边工程”，边设计、边施工、边拆改，由于临时改动性很随意，缺乏整体考虑，有些医院在医院建成之后，重新去布置调整科室，使科室的医疗功能和医疗流程极不方便，一是很难用，二是无法修改，三是相关科室不能通过医疗卫生相关部门的检测验收，造成医院时间与金钱的无形浪费，也影响医院的整体医疗和经营活动。

　　引 言
　　既然医疗工艺设计对医院整体设计起着至关重要的作用，那什么才是医疗工艺设计呢？医疗工艺设计（technological design for hospital），就是指对医院内部全部医疗系统活动过程及程序的策划。所谓医疗系统，就是医疗自身的结构功能。其结构是指组成医疗系统整体的各个部分、要素、成分相互组合的方式或构成的形式以及要素之间形成的相互关系。在医院建设过程中，医疗工艺设计就是架设在医院使用者与设计师之间的一座桥梁，医疗工艺流程是设计的重要参考要素，只有对医疗系统功能有一个比较清晰的认识和理解，才能够设计出符合使用要求、符合人性化设计观点、符合医院发展规律，让使用者满意的、有特色的医疗建筑。
　　医疗工艺设计基本上分为三个层级，一级工艺设计是指医院功能系统规划阶段所进行的流程与布局设计；二级工艺设计是指医院内部科室以及科室间的流程与布局设计；三级工艺设计是指医疗功能房间内部操作流程与布局设计。也有人称医疗工艺设计可分为五个层级，但万变不离其中，总体内容是相通的。
　　目前，医院建设中存在的最大问题是，在一所医院确定建设工程项目之前缺乏建设前期策划过程。在不少项目中，没有对医院的实际情况进行全面调查、分析、研究，也没有建筑设计专家与医院领导决策层或者专业的医院管理咨询公司进行沟通、策划，提出一个远近期逐步发展、过渡、切合实际的建筑总体规划，有些医院甚至拿不出一份完整的有明确需求的设计任务书，这种情况下设计出来的医院可想而知会是什么样子。医疗建筑是建筑设计领域相当复杂且专业性极强的项目，它既要满足医院内部医疗技术功能各部分合理管理、操作的体系；又要为病人、医护人员从心理学角度提供一个舒适、温馨、优美的就医、诊疗环境；同时，要有一个具有医院本身内涵与地方特色的造型，以及符合医院实际情况的颜色与材料使用。一个符合医疗规范、符合建筑规范、具有医院发展前瞻性兼顾人文性、文化性、完善使用功能的医院设计方案是需要专业人员、专业团队、花费一定的时间创造与设计出来的，是不可能通过一两个人、一两个月的“闭门造车”所能完成的。
